Von Comstock Records erreichte uns eine Singleauskopplung aus dem aktuellen Album “Songs I’ll Always Sing” der Künstlerin Kelli Lidell. Die Tochter des Countrysängers Johnny Lidell hatte bereits in frühester Jugend Kontakt zu Countrylegenden wie Merle Haggard, Marty Robbins und Jimmy Dean. Einigen ist sie vielleicht auch als Schauspielerin aus der Fernsehserie „Grizzly Adams“ bekannt. Nach einem schweren Autounfall gründete sie die Hilfsorganisation „The Second Chance Foundation“, die Menschen nach einem schweren Schicksalsschlag zu einer zweiten Chance verhilft.
Auf ihrer Single findet man zwei Songs ihres großen musikalischen Idols Hank Williams: „I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry“ und „Your Cheatin’ Heart“ gibt es in sehr interessanten Versionen. Wir sind sehr gespannt, mehr von dieser Künstlerin zu hören.

The daughter of singer Johnny Lidell early had contact to country music legends like Merle Haggard, Marty Robbins and Jimmy Dean. Some of you might know her as an actress in the TV-series “Grizzly Adams”. Having an severe car accident, she founded the non-profit organisation „The Second Chance Foundation“ giving people a second chance after a hard stroke of fate.
