Als uns die CD "I Know How She Feels" von Kent Gray erreichte und wir sie zum ersten mal in den CD-Spieler legten, waren wir von seiner weichen Gesangsstimme fasziniert. Der südlich von Bakersfield, Kalifornien geborene Countrykünstler unternahm seine ersten Schritte als Songwriter im Alter von 17 Jahren. Mit seiner Band trat er in der Folge in den USA und Kanada auf und veröffentlichte im Jahre 2000 das vorliegende Debütalbum, dessen Songs er alle selbst geschrieben hat.

Stilistisch ist Kent Gray auf dieser CD sehr variabel. Mit dieser Veröffentlichung hat er unserer Meinung nach gute Chancen auf dem deutschen Countrymarkt, insbesondere auch bei den Freunden des Linedances.

Als Anspieltips empfehlen wir die Songs "No Free Rides", "The Devils Daughter", Mama's Answered Prayers" und "I Gotta Learn How To Dance".

When we put the cd "I Know How She Feels" sent to us by Kent Gray for the first time in the player, we were faszinated of his warm and soft voice. Born south of Bakersfield, California took his first steps as a songwriter at an age of 17. With his band he played throughout the USA and Canada and published his here presented debut cd in 2000, all songs on it wrote by himself.
