Skandinavien ist bekannterweise ein Schwerpunkt der europäischen Countryszene, und daher verwunderte es uns auch nicht, mit dem im eigenen Studio produzierten Debutalbum “More Miles To Go” der schwedischen Band Nelson & The Stagecoach wirklich gute Countrymusik zu erhalten. Die Band wurde 2004 gegründet und ihre erste CD erhielt bereits Airplay in zahlreichen Radiostationen „On Air“ und im Internet. Für 2005 ist eine Produktion in einem Profistudio geplant, obwohl die von B.O.Nelson selbst geschriebenen Songs wie „Big City Cowboy“, „Stagecoach“ oder auch „Ain’t Love“ ein eindeutig Zeugnis für das hohe musikalische Können der Band ablegen. Das ist ein Countrysound, der in der Region zwischen Alternative Country, Folk und traditionellen akustischen Kängen angesiedelt ist. Scandinavia is a well-known European top region for country music and so we didn’t wonder to find real good country music on the debut album of the Swedish band Nelson & The Stagecoach produced in their own little studio. Founded in 2004 her first cd already received airplay on European radio stations “on air” as well as in the internet. In 2005 a cd shall be produced in a professional studio, but listening to songs like “Big City Cowboy”, Stagecoach” or “Ain’t Love” on “More Miles To Go” already shows clearly the high musical abilities of this band. This is a country sound settled between alternative country, folk and traditional acoustic music.
